ENIGMA resting-state fMRI Working Group (ENIGMA rs-fMRI)
Functional brain imaging of patients and healthy control are important endophenotypes for characterizing psychiatric disorders. In this working group, we aim to perform large-scale multi-site analyses with resting-state fMRI data.
To harmonize data analysis, we have established HALFpipe, an easy-to-implement (docker/singularity) and-easy-to-use, semi-automated pipeline for data analysis and quality control based on fMRIprep (https://github.com/HALFpipe/HALFpipe). This pipeline is suited for distributed analyses and does not include sharing of raw data but of individual or group statistical maps (contrast images) for meta-analyses.
