The ENIGMA ADHD working group aims to carry out mega- and meta-analysis of existing MRI data of children and adults with ADHD and controls. Until now we have included data of 34 cohorts and over 4000 subjects. Our first results are published in the Lancet Psychiatry and many other projects are ongoing. Special points of attention will be given to the effects of age, gender and medication on brain structure in ADHD. In addition, we expect to analyze developmental aspects of altered brain morphology.
We are happy to welcome new cohorts at any time!
